I am so excited to share my latest cover, for the Regency-set historical novel The Emperor’s Conspiracy, which will be released on November 27th, 2012. The cover fairies (aka Lisa Litwack, head of the art department at Gallery Books) have once again been very, very generous.

And a quick reminder to those living in or near Perth, Western Australia. I’ll be at Temptation Books in Subiaco on Saturday from 10.30am to 1pm, for an in-store signing, along with fellow West Australian author, Shona Husk. I’d love to see you there!

Dangerous Sanctuary available from Pocket Star

Simon & Schuster have recently announced that they have relaunched their imprint Pocket Star as an ebook only imprint. Dangerous Sanctuary, my short story ebook which takes place between In a Treacherous Court and Keeper of the King’s Secrets, has fallen under the Pocket Star imprint, and you can see more information here: Pocket Star.

Release Day for Keeper of the King’s Secrets

I am so, so thrilled to announce that today is release day for Keeper of the King’s Secrets. I’ve already had word from a few people who pre-ordered it on their Kindles that it came through around midnight last night, and hopefully, it’s available for sale today wherever good books are sold!!

In case you missed it, my pre-release giveaway, where two copies of Keeper of the King’s Secrets and a pair of lovely earrings are up from grabs, is still on over at Magical Musings. It closes to entries on Friday, so there is still time to go over and comment for a chance to win.

About Dangerous Sanctuary:

Artist Susanna Horenbout is commissioned by King Henry VIII to paint a picture of the ceremony in St. Paul’s Cathedral to commemorate the capture of the French king, Francis I, in battle. While working on a sketch before the ceremony begins, Susanna overhears a bitter nobleman hinting at violence to the King, and she realizes she might be the only one who can stop an attack on Henry. As the King makes his way to the cathedral though the cheering crowds, Susanna desperately tries to find a way to save his life – while saving the nobleman from the certain death his anger will bring down upon him.

DANGEROUS SANCTUARY is a short story set between IN A TREACHEROUS COURT, the first novel featuring Susanna Horenbout and John Parker, and KEEPER OF THE KING’S SECRETS, the second novel a featuring Susanna and Parker, coming in April ‘12.
