On May 19th I was invited to spend the morning at Temptation Bookstore in the Crossways Shopping Centre in Subiaco, Perth, signing books with fellow Western Australian author, Shona Husk. We had a fantastic time, with a steady stream of readers, friends and fellow writers coming through to get their books signed. Having had the experience of a book signing in New York City, where there was a long queue and a real feeling of pressure to get the book signed and on to the next person, it was great to have a more steady pace, where Shona and I could chat to the people who came to the table and really connect with them. My thanks to Veronika and Christina at Temptation for an extremely well-managed event.
